Workshops/

In her workshops, she seeks to develop and enable an active and available body, using imagination as a starting point to explore different movement qualities. Rhythm and musicality sustain the class, weaving through both guided improvisations and choreographic phrases. A constant thread runs through each session: dance, dance, dance.

Since 2020, she has been offering dance and movement workshops in Uruguay, Amsterdam, and Spain. Her sessions have taken place in a wide range of spaces and institutions, including Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Mime Fabriek (Amsterdam), Bangs Festival (Amsterdam), DANTZAZ Dance Company (Basque Country), Croma Centro Coreográfico (Montevideo), Espacio de Desarrollo Armónico (Montevideo), Jardín Snoopy (Montevideo), MACA – Fundación Pablo Atchugarry (Maldonado), and Centro Cultural Ciudad de la Costa (Canelones). In 2023, she led a workshop for Dantzaz inspired by the choreographic methodology of her piece Azúcar Impalpable.

Moving Confusion is a workshop built around her latest solo work, I'm Here to Attend You. The piece explores the body as a vessel-channeling emotions, memories, and images. The workshop plays with the relationship between recognition and disorientation, inviting participants to dive between these states and let themselves be guided by randomness and accumulation.

Oye, tu cuerpo pide danza (Hey, Your Body Asks for Dance) is a workshop open to young people and adults, with or without prior dance experience. It is an invitation to reconnect with the body through movement, music, and improvisation. Drawing from key principles of contemporary dance, this workshop celebrates movement and enjoyment, creating a space where each participant can discover and play with their own dance.
