No todo es una contradicción is an exploration that takes a series of political speeches as material support to investigate the possibilities and forces of the intertwined field of body, word, and voice. A scenic circuit where the focus shifts between the individual and the choral, using irony as its driving force—

provoking ruptures, reshaping meanings between what is said, what is left unsaid, what is understood, and what simply happens.

I celebrate a tribute like this today.
I will say everything or nothing, with whatever my voice gives me and my body can reach.
You will always, always be able to climb onto my words, step into the running machine.
Not all of this is a contradiction is the name of the piece.

Premiered at Auditorio Nelly Goitiño in December 2022 and later presented at the Instituto Nacional de Artes Escénicas as part of FIDCU 2023 and at Sala Delmira Agustini within the No Tan Solos al Mediodía cycle (2023).
